Modify Interiors is a New York based boutique design studio that offers high-end residential interior design/renovation services. Design services are priced on a flat fee scale based on the scope of work. In addition, all trade discounts are passed on to the client with no mark-up.

There are essentially three stages to the process:

initial consultation to discuss and evaluate the overall vision for your space

Plan•

prepare a detailed proposal based on our initial consultation

Create•

execute the plan to create the space you imagined
